For in person sessions, Zoom conferencing. Devote an hour of your time to the amazing experience session. For a video or voice session, to allow for drying time of painting. The mailing of one’s painting package would be mailed to your location within the next 4 – 7 business days from the session. Shipping cost will be determined on one’s delivery location as an additional charge. Once the package has been shipped, I’ll notify you with the tracking information. There are three in-stocked canvas size available all other sizes upon request before session.

This is an up-lifting on-going process painting. Life can be full of major events, temptations, resentments and more. The more we fuel that fire with anger, sadness the more we let one’s self fall down into the rabbit hole. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Allowing one’s self to just stop and breath. Life’s purpose is to enjoy and have fun while doing so. Letting go of fears is a major accomplishment. It’s very healing inside and out. This painting is focused on your heart center. As the heart is very intelligent. By connecting mind, body, soul and heart in one, this painting helps breakthrough your personal barriers. Introducing New Art Relief Sessions:

My individual art remedy sessions invite you to unplug and discover yourself in a completely different way. The moment we are in is important. I believe in slowing things down to be mindful and aware of what is happening while it is happening. All people have the capacity to play and discover; to get out of their own heads. Play can lead to new ideas and ways of being.  “Play offers a space for true experimentation— a place to test assumptions… a space where we can bypass ourselves and create a conduit for radical new thoughts, objects and approaches. [There is a] seriousness of purpose that comes from playing with ideas.”  Individual art remedy sessions are available in my studio.

Introducing Couples and Family Art Relief Session:

Whether you’re a family, in a new relationship, or have been together for 50 years, art remedy can add a unique layer of communication to see and understand one another through a deeper lens. With the guidance of art relief and a life coaching, you’ll gain insight into your communication style and discover one another’s inner hopes and feelings. People are different from each other. Thank goodness. How boring it would be if we all looked, thought, believed, and were good at the same things. 

 My expertise is in asking the right questions.  My questions give pause in the moment for the creator to consider his thoughts, feelings and especially his impulse to accept the challenge and persevere, to quit, to ask for help, to accept help, to delegate, to make excuses, to adjust his expectations or myriad of other responses that probably mirror his behaviors at work and in life. When someone is struggling to get their mini-art structure to stay together, we wonder aloud how they will solve the problem and cope with the outcome, especially if it is less than perfect. When it’s time to consider the meaning of the artwork, I start with the metaphors; writing stories and engaging your staff in a playful exploration of how the characters are like them or different from them. The artistic distance provided by the metaphor can liberate us from our rational, analytic brains and give rise to some new information about how we operate in the real world.  Restorative, revealing, and surprising.
